  • I am not saying this fixes everyones but it has certainly sorted my issue without having to take a battery out etc Once this was completed I restarted my laptop (lenovo ideapad 320S windows 10) and saw straight away that my battery started charging up :) On uninstalling this it will ask if you wish to reinstall google. Due to my error being that i couldnt open up google, i scrolled down this list to the 'google chrome' and right clicked. this then opens up another page, on which go to 'programs and features' and click it. Click this and then click onto 'large icons'. when the page opens up, look for the 'view by' on top right hand side of the page. Click in the type in box and type the word 'control'. I found that if you press the windows button on the keypad and the 'r' button at the same time a little box opens up bottom left of your screen. Mine was stuck on 65% and when i took the charger out, it just went off.
